Love the Dress
I bought this dress in eggplant color and the color was true to the picture online. I was worried because another review said the color was not a real deep purple, but it is, thank goodness. Because of the reviews I did buy the dress 1 size larger than I wear in jeans. I am glad, I did because the dress fits perfect. So my only suggestion is to buy the dress 1 size larger. I have been looking every where for a purple dress to wear to my daughter's June wedding. I am very pleased with the fit of the dress and I am pleased with the color of the dress. I looked in many bridal stores and found other mothers dresses costing 4 times the cost of this dress but were no where the quality of this dress.

Runs very small
The fabric on this dress is comfortable, but this dress runs very small. I was told by the employees that this dress runs like European sizing and will run 1 to 2 sizes smaller. The bust area is especially small.

Great Dress!
This is a great dress. It fit well, is very comfortable, and will be perfect for my daughter's July wedding (which is partially outside). It's lined and I can wear a regular nude-color bra with it, which is a bonus. I'm petite, and this dress is a good length and fit.
The only reason I gave it 4 hearts, rather than 5, is that the color differs from the pictures on the website. I ordered "eggplant," and as you can see in the photo, it has a lot magenta in it. I still love the dress and the color, but if you're thinking of buying this dress, just know that it's not a true deep eggplant purple.
