Allover beaded corded lace A-line gown. Style CT2406
Almost my dream dress
I love this dress & it's absolutely beautiful!!! My only 2 problems with it were the fact that it would bunch slightly in the mid section. It could be because of the bride (me ) or the dress, and the train was too heavy for the bustle and it broke all the buttons and I had to carry the train around (very heavy). But altogether it is a gorgeous dress and it made me a gorgeous bride!

The Perfect Dress
This dress is absolutely amazing, I have had my eye on it for months and I couldn't wait to get to the bridal store to put it on. I tried on other dresses including the designer gowns but this one was the one. It is pretty heavy, but totally worth it. It is covered in little sequins and pearls which make it sparkle and the floral pattern is so lovely. I am getting married at a point at the grand canyon and this dress is going to just dazzle in the sunlight. I will be wearing it without the waist sash because I don't want a ribbon to hide the buttons in the back. Now that I have the perfect dress I cant wait for my wedding. I would recommend this dress to any bride who wants to feel like an angel on her wedding day.

Romantic Lace Dress
I knew I wanted a lace dress, and tried on a variety of styles at David's Bridal. This was the last dress I tried on, and ultimately, it was exactly what I was looking for! The lace was very pretty with a floral design that was perfect with my wildflower theme, and I didn't have any problems with beads falling off as another reviewer mentioned. It was easy for it to be hemmed because the lace at the hem is just a trim, and the best thing about this dress is that a corset-style back was able to be added - one of my wedding dress musts! Because I had the corset back, I wore this dress without a sash. I purchased the dress in ivory, and it was beautiful next to the navy (marine) bridesmaid dresses. We all wore pearls to match the elegance and beading of the dress.
Some things to consider, as other reviewers have said, is that the dress is very heavy. I had it laced tightly so that it wouldn't slip down, and I definitely felt the pull of it against my ribcage. It was so heavy, in fact, that one of the bustle strings actually came off during the dance, and another string or two had to be retied - make sure that whomever is doing your alterations makes the ties as sturdy as possible!!! I didn't like having to worry about guests stepping on the loose bit of train for the remainder of the dance. Being heavy, it was also hot, but I managed to bear a few pictures outside on a 95 degree afternoon and spent the wedding and reception in A/C.
Overall, the dress received a lot of compliments and I think it was a good value! It is a beautiful and timeless dress!

Better than my original choice...
It is a stressful time, as I am planning a wedding in Florida- from Virginia and am alone. I went into David's Bridal with a specific dress I wanted- they didnt have it, and the other stores didn't have it in my size. It was going to be a hassle to get being it was discontinued. I remember liking this dress and so I had them pull it and I fell in love with it. My fiance actually saw the dress online and really liked it so it was kind of neat to get something I know he will like, without him knowing. I cannot wait to wear it on our December 10th wedding day!
