"I did not like this dress at all online, but I decided to try it on in the store and fell in love with it. I really wanted a dress with straps and some back coverage, so this was perfect. It is really comfortable and I am thrilled I don't have to wear a slip. I am a street size 14... this is a 16W. I went with the champagne and ivory color.. I think the contrast is really pretty and it looks great with fair skin. I do wish it was available without a train which is why I only gave it 4 hearts. Apprently this dress is being discontinued, so I am happy I found it when I did. I am really excited to wear this dress for my March 2013 wedding."

"I couldn't add to my original review, so I found another way around it! I will be a 54 year old first time bride in September. I tried this on in February, but needed my sister to see the dress before I made my decision. She and my niece joined me for the 2nd time around; tried on a bunch of others, but saved the best for last. Made my decision, bought it in ivory/champagne and will wear the blusher veil (the one on the head band) with it. I am so glad I was persuaded to go "full bridal regalia". I cannot wait to get my dress. I did not want a bridal gown at all, but would consider a lace gown, no poufy, no strapless - and this is the one! Both times got the thumbs up from every other woman in the shop! And every woman I know said I MUST dress like a bride. I'm glad I listened."

"Went shopping with a David's Bridal online purchase but just wanted to see what else was out there. I'm NOT a lace person so when the sales girl brought this over, I not excited. But I tried it on and OH MY GOD, what a difference. I walked out of the dressing room and my sister-in-law/maid of honor and my mom just started crying. I turned and looked at myself in the mirror and fell in love with it. I got it in champagne/ivory and just feel like I walked off the silver screen onto a red carpet. I can't wait to walk down the aisle in this dress!!"

"I always knew I wanted a dress that was all lace. I looked everywhere for a reasonably priced dress that flattered a full figured woman. After trying this one on I compared everything else to it and I knew it was the one. During the wedding I was surprised to see how well the lace train held up. The ceremony was outside on brick and it did get caught but didn't tear. I just kept walking and it turned out fine. It also got stepped on a few times by my husband and even once by my MOH but it never tore. Everyone complimented me on it, especially about how it sparkled on the dance floor during our first dance. Absolutely the right decision."
