Beautiful
This was a last minute selection! I ordered it in the champagne color and it was so wonderfully different. The picture does no justice and I will say it doesn't look like much on the hanger. I urge everyone to try things on while you are searching, I was willing to try anything because you just never know. This ended up being exactly what I envisioned! I will follow up with pictures!

LOVE LOVE LOVE
I had my heart set on strapless but for every one I tried on I just felt so-so. Then my sister pulled this one off the rack and as soon as I looked in the mirror I knew it! I absolutely love this dress! It was so much more flattering to me than strapless and has such a delicate but sophisitcated look to it. I want all the non-skinny girls to know this is a winner! I'm a bit overweight (I want to lose 10-15lbs by the big day) and I'm apple-shaped (all my weight is in my stomach and chest and I have no waist definition and thin legs), so I have a hard time looking shapely, but I felt pretty in this even at my current weight. Also, I'm a 36DD and I don't feel self-conscious about my large chest like I did in the strapless dresses. Everything looks in proportion. I could not be more thrilled!

I love my dress!
I had actually bought another dress and wasn't in love with it- I think that I had been too concerned with the budget and a little self-conscious about my figure. DB let me exchange my first dress, and I found this one! The fit is beautiful, and I am in love with the beading on the lace. I ordered the dress in ivory/ivory because I wanted less of a vintage look. I think that the beading stands out even more on the ivory than on the champagne sample that I tried on. Love the dress- thank you DB!

Loved my dress!
I loved this dress from the moment I first put it on. Like others have said, the photo doesn't do it justice. I opted to use a low back multi-way bra from Victoria's Secret instead of sewing in cups or using a strapless. This worked perfectly for me. The ivory and champagne colors looked lovely for our fall wedding. I got so many compliments on the dress, the best came from my groom who still grins just thinking about seeing me on that day 7 months ago!
