Simply BEAUTIFUL!!
I got engaged in Jan 2010 to the man of my dreams & our wedding is Mar 18, 2011 in Lake Tahoe with family and close friends. I immediately started to look @ dresses online @ DB. Being a first time bride, I had approx 20 dresses to try on. My plans were to wait until Sept thinking that would be give me plenty of time...but last week I got the "itch" to try on dresses after watching several hours of "Say Yes to the Dress". I tried on the one I thought I would like the best & although beautiful, it just didn't give me "that feeling" that I was looking for. The consultant brought me one more of the same flowy fabric & it, although beautiful, just didn't do anything for me. I asked to see a lace dress on my list & it wasn't the one either. I felt defeated. I decided to take a week to think about everything.
But...the next day, Saturday, I decided to go back and try on some dresses with beading - THIS DRESS being one of those. And I LOVED it the minute I walked out and saw it on! I couldn't believe how perfectly it fit me. I originally steered away from this style of dress because I thought the lace-up back would be unflattering to my backside, but not at all. It was so beautiful from all angles (side, back & front)! It is simply a gorgeous dress! Just enough beading & elegance, but not too much. I didn't want to take it off, but I knew I needed to try on the the other 2 dresses. But nothing compared! I knew I had found THE dress for my wedding.
For anyone who thinks a lace-up back dress is only for tiny figures, they are wrong! This dress gives the hour glass figure you didn't think you had & is simply beautiful. The picture just doesn't do this gown justice. I could have taken the dress out of the shop that very day, but I needed extra length so I special ordered it (in ivory).
**FYI, special order is a 90 day timeframe...then if any alternations are needed, they estimate another 12 weeks.**
Seriously, for any bride looking at dresses & just don't know what you want - I would highly recommend that you, at the very least try it on. You'll be pleasantly surprised - at both the fit & price. This dress easily looks like it costs in the thousands - but it is a fraction of that @ DB!
My wedding day will be an emotional one for me & I want to look simply beautiful for my fiance'. I hope as I am walking down the isle toward him, he thinks I've made his dream come true...just as he's made mine.

Unbelievable!!!!
I went to DB to get a very simple dress for my upcoming wedding. I didn't really like any of the dresses I tried on and my bridal consultant brought this dress out last. I didn't think I would like it either but when I saw myself in the mirror I was shocked. I'm usually around size 28 but in this dress I fit a size 26 perfectly. I fit like a glove! I was very happy with DB, I was so scared to try on wedding dresses because I'm plus size and my consultant made me feel like a princess!

A DREAM Dress
This was the first dress I tried on and was in love instantly!!! I tried on others, and even purchased another dress, but came back for this one a week later. I am a size 16 and this dress made even me feel great! It gives you a waist, has a sexy back and is just so flattering to even a larger figure. We had a Vegas wedding and strangers were even honking as they drove by the chapel. It was my perfect dress and it was comfortable!!!

So amazing
I love this dress. The other reviews are spot on when they talk about how flatering the dress is. It's strange to say this but I do actually look better in the dress then the model. Maybe it's the pose they have her in but this dress looks way better in person. I tried it on and purchased it in Ivory. We are getting married in a castle and I think it's the perfect dress. The back of the dress is so beautiful and I really do feel like a princess.
