Order Confirmation
Once you complete the checkout process, you will receive an email containing your seven-digit order number and a summary of all items purchased. This notification will also list estimated processing and delivery times associated with each item. If you have any questions, please use the "Contact Us" link at the bottom of your order notification email.

If you have not received the order notification email, please check your spam folder and verify that your email settings are enabled to allow our automated email notifications. If you are unable to locate the order email, please contact us at customerservice@dbi.com.

Order Tracking
a) If you have an account, log in via the "Login" link at the top right of the website. Click the "My Orders" link in the left navigation for a list of current and past orders. Click on the order number for order status, total, and tracking information.
b) If you checked out as a Guest (or do not wish to log into your account), click "Order Status" in the top right of the website. Enter your Order Number and the email address used when placing the order, then click "View Order" for the order status, total, and tracking information.

Please note that for each shipment notification email you receive, tracking may not be available for the first 24-48 hours. If 48 hours have passed and you are still unable to track your order, please click the "Contact Us" link located at the bottom of your shipment notification email. If you have not received the shipment notification email, contact us at customerservice@dbi.com.

Shipping Area

Our U.S. website ships to the United States (including Alaska and Hawaii, but excluding U.S. territories). We do not ship to Post Office Boxes, APO or FPO addresses.

David's Bridal is pleased to offer international purchase and shipping for select online merchandise. You can identify this product by the designation "International Shipping Available" on the product detail page. Shipping and Handling Fees
You will see your total shipping and handling fee calculate in your Shopping Bag as you add items. International shipping charges will be calculated during checkout. For International Shipping information, click here

For most items, you will be charged a base shipping and handling fee for the first unit or set, and an incremental fee for each additional unit in that category. In most cases, the shipping and handling cost per unit will be lower the more you order. We also encourage you to see and feel the quality of our Favors by ordering a sample for a low shipping and handling fee of $2.95 (excluding sets).

For Express Shipping, additional charges apply:
Two Business Day Shipping: Standard shipping and handling fee plus $15
Next Business Day Shipping: Standard shipping and handling fee plus $25
Please note, Express Shipping and Handling costs are calculated as an order total, not charged per individual item.

Shipping & Processing Timeframes

Shipping availability and processing time for items purchased on DavidsBridal.com vary depending on the product. When you add items to your Shopping Bag, we try our best to accurately estimate when it will be available to ship from our facilities. Please note that all dates are quoted as an estimated range that may vary based on several factors, including order processing, quantity of items ordered, and additional time for personalized items.

You will receive a shipment notification email when each item in your order is shipped. Orders with multiple items may ship at different times, in separate boxes.

The estimated delivery date for each item is based on the estimated processing time and the shipping method you choose. Processing time refers to business days and does not include weekends or holidays. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.

In order to ensure that your items arrive in time for your event, please refer to the Estimated Delivery dates quoted in your Shopping Bag. For a general estimate, please use the following delivery calculation:

(Availability/Processing Time) + (Shipping Method Chosen) = Estimated Delivery Date

DavidsBridal.com offers the following shipping methods:
  • Standard Shipping: estimated 6-8 business days including processing
  • Two Business Day Shipping: estimated 3-5 business days including processing
  • Next Business Day Shipping: estimated 3-4 business days including processing
