After you complete the online checkout process, you will receive an email containing your seven-digit order number and a summary of all the items you purchased. This notification will also list estimated processing and delivery times for each item. If you have any questions, click "Contact Us" at the bottom of your order notification email and send us a message.
If you have not received an order notification email, first check your spam folder and email settings, then contact us at email@example.com.
If You Placed an Order at a David's Bridal Store
When you place an order at one of our stores, you will be given an estimated delivery date. If you would like to check your order's status, call us at 1-844-400-3222.
If You Have an Online Account
Log in by clicking "Login" at the top right of our website. Click "My Orders" or “Order History” for a list of current and past orders, then click the order number for order status and tracking information.
If You Checked Out as a Guest
Visit our Order Status page, enter your order number and the email address used to place the order, then click "View Order" for order status and tracking information. If your order does not appear, please contact Customer Service at firstname.lastname@example.org or 1-844-400-3222.
Tracking may not be available for 24–48 hours after you receive each shipment notification email. If 48 hours have passed and you are still unable to track your order, click "Contact Us" at the bottom of your shipment notification email and send us a message. If you have not received the shipment notification email, contact us at email@example.com or 1-844-400-3222.
